Exchange & Returns

We hope you are happy with your order. If you have ordered an incorrect size, or would like a refund on your purchase, simply contact us via email at info@bettydiamond.com.au within 7 days of receiving your garment/s – be sure to leave your name, phone number and payment details along with your address.

Garments will not be accepted for exchange or return after 14 days from despatch date.
Garments must be returned in original pristine condition. Each garment is checked individually by hand prior to delivery, so we cannot accept returns that have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

We recommend you use registered post for the return of garments as it is your responsibility to ensure that they arrive safely back to our office:

On receiving the garments we will email you confirmation of receipt, and exchange or reimburse in the manner in which originally paid.

If you are exchanging your purchase for another size or style, we will not charge you any further postage for your first re-delivery.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds for clearance and sale items; however we are happy to issue a credit note.

Please do not return goods without first contacting our sales team, as refunds will not be issued without prior agreement.

Prices do not include import taxes or duties which may apply in some countries.
